Tickets will be provided in sufficient time before the date of the event according to the schedule agreed upon during booking. In order to prevent any shipping problems you must provide accurate shipping information. In case of delivery to a hotel, please provide the name and address of the hotel, the arrival date, and the guest's name as it appears in the room reservation voucher.

All our tickets are licit and valid for entering the event. We and our providers verify your tickets before delivery.

Our sales and service team will be happy to assist you in any way possible with booking tickets, delivery and credit charges. When our offices are closed, we will provide a response by email.
Cancellation of an event
We will refund the credit card used for the booking; In some cases you will be refunded only after first returning the tickets to the provider.

We made a mistake? We pay!
In case you do not get your tickets and miss the event, you will be refunded 125 % of the price paid for the tickets. We are proud to say that to this day, there hasn't been any client that did not get his tickets to the event.
