Karim Benzema, who plays with Real Madrid, will not participate in Euro 2016, with his home team, France. Benzema has pending allegations against him regarding blackmail attempt against a follow player, Mathieu Valbuena. Benzema's lawyer denies the allegations, however due to the investigation that is still in process, the French striker was not invited to play in this year's tournament.
