Harry Kane

Harry Kane
Harry Edward Kane, born 28 July 1993, is a professional English football player, who plays as a forward for Tottenham Hotspur F.C. and the English national team. Born and raised in East London, he went to the same high school as former England captain David Beckham. Kane had his senior debut for Tottenham Hotspur on 25 August 2011 in a UEFA Europa League match against Heart of Midlothian F.C. He spent a lot of time on loan before permanently joining the Tottenham Hotspur first team, playing in League One for Leyton Orient, in the Championship League for Millwall and Leicester City, and in the Premier League for Norwich City.

In the 2014-15 season, Kane became a regular starter and goal scorer for Tottenham Hotspur, winning the Premier League play of the month award for two consecutive months in January and February of 2015. Having scored 31 goals during the season, 21 of which were scored during Premier League matches, he was awarded the title of PFA Young Player of the Year. Harry Kane was also the top scorer of the 2015-16 Premier League season, scoring 25 goals, and helping Tottenham qualify for the UEFA Champions League.

Kane has also had a vast amount of experience playing internationally, having represented England at youth levels of under-17, under-19, under-20 and under-21. His senior international debut for the English football team was on 27 March 2015, leading to his selection for the English squad for UEFA Euro 2016. Harry Kane's passion for football and drive for improvement make him one of the most exciting players to watch live in action, and according to Alan Shearer "it looks as if he could have a very good future in the game".
